Meet The Team

Steven is no stranger to the stage, performing at many open mic nights playing his guitar, and is currently making his theatrical debut in Mary Poppins. Steven likes to keep things light and fun, and gets a lot of inspiration for his comedy from everyday life. Fun Fact: Steven loves to talk in 3rd person.

I’m Nniff I’m a mom of two and a full-time explorer of curiosity, connection, and play. Whether I’m on a hiking trail, dancing at a music festival, or diving headfirst into a new creative project, I’m guided by a love of growth, challenge, and self-expression. I believe in keeping wonder alive and letting fun lead the way, even (especially) as adults. I’m an extrovert who thrives on energy, authenticity, and meaningful conversations, and I’m also passionate about creating content on social media that captures the weird, beautiful spectrum of being human. Fun Fact Nniff rhymes with spliff coincidence, I think not.

Marcie Ryan is a newcomer to the indie film scene with a passion for storytelling, and bold, offbeat humor. Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, she grew up in the medieval reenactment world of the SCA. After serving in the Navy and being stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, she dove into short-form improv with PHIT and Rich Baker via Zoom. Marcie recently co-created the comedy noir Killing Hope, now making waves on the film festival circuit. Fun Fact: Marcie Ryan has 2 first names - Creepy!

Rick has been doing improv in and around Philly for almost 30 years; as a performer, coach, director and producer. Rick has been fortunate to be able to do short form, long form and musical improv in multiple groups and with various amazing folks. Rick is proud to serve the improv community by creating the improv incubator almost 20 years ago. Thanks to the folks at Collective Success Network - where Rick sits on the Advisory Board as Chief Improviser. And thank you the Board of Little Theater Workshop who keep inspiring, collaborating and inventing the future with me. Tip of the hat to my lovely wife, Mandy, who cheers me on and celebrates life with me, daily. Fun Fact: Rick thought this was an acceptance speech and we had to play him off stage.
